1. Concept & Sketch
Every project starts with an idea. We sit with founders and product teams to translate napkin sketches, reference samples, or a verbal pitch into a clear design brief.
2. CAD & Engineering
Our product engineers build the part in CAD — full dimensions, tolerances, and DFM review so it's actually manufacturable before a dollar is spent on tooling.
3. 3D Render & Review
Photorealistic renders let you see, share, and approve the product before anything physical exists. Iterate on look, feel, and ergonomics before committing to tooling.
4. Prototype & Validate
3D printed and machined prototypes in your hands fast — for fit testing, user feedback, investor demos, and design lock-in before tooling.
5. Tooling & Production
Steel and aluminum injection mold tooling, CNC programs, and assembly lines stood up to manufacture at scale.
6. Finished Product to Market
Final assembly, finishing, retail-ready packaging, and logistics — we ship the finished product to your warehouse, your 3PL, or directly to customers.

Absolutely. Most of our customer projects start with a sketch, a reference product, or just a conversation. Our product engineers handle everything from there: industrial design, CAD, DFM, prototyping, and tooling under one roof.
How long does a typical project take from idea to finished product?
Lead times quoted per order. We move as fast as your approvals allow.
Do I own the CAD files, tooling, and IP?
Yes. You own your CAD files, your tooling, and your IP. We sign NDAs up front and the work product is yours from day one.

Can you handle low-volume production while we validate the market?
